To determine the total cost of house and land package, click on the lot you are interested in, and the lot size and cost for each available house design (See under Residence tab- Concepts A, B, C) will be displayed! Please note that some designs will not fit on certain lots, indicated by an X.

Prices are subject to change. The prices indicated are quoted in US dollars and cover land and house construction with standard finishes. Optional Finishes, Pool, Furniture and Landscaping packages are available and priced separately, upon your request.
